1.How much does the SleepObrace cost?
- If you buy all 3 of the SleepObrace stages (D1+D2+D3 package), the price is $56.95 USD. Buying only one of the stages would be $24.95 USD.
2.Where is my order located right now?

3.Which SleepObrace stage should I buy?
- SleepObrace is a 3 stage process (D1, D2 and D3 SleepObrace). To go through the whole process, you should wear all 3 stages of the SleepObraces in order, as that produces the best results.
4.Can i return my SleepObrace for a refund?
- We only accept returns if the SleepObrace packaging has not been opened. If you have already worn the SleepObrace, a refund is not possible. To request a return, contact our support team email(sleepobraceinfo@gmail.com)
5.How much does the shipping cost for my country?
- Shipping is worldwide and completely free!
6.How long does does shipping take?
- North America (~10-20 days), Europe (~2-3 weeks), Africa (~3-5 weeks), Australia (~3-4 weeks), Middle East (~3-5 weeks), East Asia (~3-5 weeks), South Asia (~4-5 weeks), South America (~3-5 weeks). Keep in mind that shipping times are very hard to predict because of the COVID-19 pandemic regulations slowing shipping times down worldwide, and making it hard to make any accurate estimates.
7.How long should i wear each stage of the SleepObrace?
- D1 is soft, the first stage, use 1 – 3 months.
D2 is moderate, the second stage, use 6 – 8 months.
D3 is hard, the third stage, use 5 – 8 months.
8. How long will it take for me to see first results?
- You should be getting first results in about a month or two of usage, however you will see a noticeable improvement in 4-6 months.
9. Where is your company based from?
- Our company is based in Delaware, US.
The legal name is Micro Macro LLC and our offices are in Delaware and California.
However, we store our products in a warehouse in China and the fulfilment center in China ships the packages worldwide.
